APPROACH

Owner Saw us speak at a real estate education seminar and wanted help increasing his
rental yield. We proposed a full styling and marketing strategy to help build anticipation and
excitement over Rob’s place in the short term market. As well as great management to
ensure all the guests were well catered for.

We secured around $21k for styling and furniture, completely refreshed the house, marketed
to the property through multiple booking platforms.
